vibDaq is THE solution for vibration monitoring |
vibDaq is a PC-based vibration monitoring system that utilizes the newest signal processing and order tracking algorithms. We analyze vibration data using even-angle resampling to provide the most accurate angular resolution possible.
Our vibration acquisition systems are based upon commercial off the shelf National Instruments hardware for reliability, low cost and expandability, while providing high accuracy. Up to 96 vibration channels can acquired simultaneously, at sampling rates up to 102.4 kHz, with built-in antialiasing. Tachometer signals can be acquired and analyzed using FPGA technology to achieve even higher sampling rates (200 kHz) without loading the PC processor.
Our vibDaq software application allows you to view a wide variety of plots (time domain, tabular, FFT, orbit, bode, polar, waterfall, cascade, shaft centerline, trend, etc) using either live or logged data. Numerous floating windows can be opened simultaneously, and their configuration can be saved. Incoming data can be logged based on a variety of event types, with a pre-event buffer to allow logging of data that was acquired before an event occurred. There is also a remote viewer application that allows you to view live data across your network.
